No Questions Asked, Free, 365 Day Returns and Exchanges
We understand that it’s our customers that drive our business. We think that we are making great products and we hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. But, if there is any problem whatsoever, please let us know and we will work to solve it immediately. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have one year to do so, no questions asked. We will pick up the tab for the return shipping.
To return or exchange an item, simply print out the Ledbury Return/Exchange Form (download here) and attach the prepaid return shipping label (included in your shipment) to the Ledbury shipping box and drop it at the nearest FedEx location.
Unfortunately, because of customs and tariff issues, Ledbury cannot provide return shipping for international orders. Nonetheless, we will be happy to work with you to find an efficient way of returning the product to us should you wish to do so. Simply email us at customer-service@ledbury.com and we will be happy to advise.
