All orders placed before 12pm EST will ship same day. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped on the following business day.

Unfortunately, because of customs and tariff issues, Ledbury cannot provide return shipping for international orders. Nonetheless, we will be happy to work with you to find an efficient way of returning the product to us should you wish to do so. Simply email us at and we will be happy to advise. Tailoring fees are also non-refundable.


We understand that our customers drive our business. We believe we make great products, and we hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. If there is any problem whatsoever, please let us know, and we will work to solve it immediately. Should you need to return or exchange your purchase, we will pick up the tab for the return shipping.

All products must be returned within 60 days from order date unless marked as final sale. Shirts must be in unworn and unwashed condition. Tailored shirts will be accepted within the 60-day timeframe for a $10 restocking fee. This restocking fee is in addition to the non-refundable $10 tailoring fee paid at purchase, and will be automatically deducted from the returned total on tailored items. All returned products must include the original barcode information. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase. Full-priced merchandise purchased using promotional discounts does not qualify as "sale" merchandise, and may be returned within the 60-day return window.

Please note that our return policy only applies to items purchased at, the Ledbury store, Ledbury events, or via our customer service phone line. Returns or exchanges for items purchased through a third-party vendor must be completed through that vendor.

In the rare instance of a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service, and we will work to solve the issue immediately.

To return an item, simply go to your order history in My Account, navigate to the desired order you would like to return/exchange and follow the instructions to generate and print a return label. If you don't have an account with Ledbury, please contact customer service, and we will provide you with a return label. Once you have generated and printed the pre-paid label, attach it to the Ledbury shipping box and drop it at the nearest UPS location.

To exchange an item, due to our limited inventory, exchanges are not automated. We will do our best to accommodate any exchange requests once the package is processed. To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend placing a new order for your desired item, and once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card for your first purchase.

To make an exchange, please log into your Ledbury account, go to your Order History and navigate to the desired order you’d like to exchange. If you do not have a Ledbury account, please contact Customer Service at or +1 888 233 1942, and we’ll be glad to provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label. In the additional comments section, please indicate what you would like to exchange for. Once your label is printed off, attach it to the box your order arrived it and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.
