We understand that it’s our customers that drive our business. We think that we are making great products and we hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. But, if there is any problem whatsoever, please let us know and we will work to solve it immediately. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, you have one year to do so, no questions asked. We will pick up the tab for the return shipping.
Shirt and other accessories can be returned within one year, for a refund or store credit.
Blazers, sports coats, socks, and swim trunks can be returned within 30 days, unworn, for a refund or store credit.
To return or exchange an item, simply go to your order history in My Account, navigate to the desired order you would like to return/exchange and follow the instructions to generate and print a return label. If you don't have an account with Ledbury, please contact customer service and we will provide you with a return label. Once you have generated and printed the pre-paid label, attach it to the Ledbury shipping box and drop it at the nearest UPS location.
Unfortunately, because of customs and tariff issues, Ledbury cannot provide return shipping for international orders. Nonetheless, we will be happy to work with you to find an efficient way of returning the product to us should you wish to do so. Simply email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to advise. Tailoring fees are also non-refundable.
