Growth, Strategy, and Shotguns

What began as two guys in the back of a pub in London with a dream has grown into a business employing nearly 20 people working out of a converted tobacco warehouse in downtown Richmond. A few months ago, we headed to the eastern part of Virginia to plan strategy for the upcoming quarter. It was a tremendous feeling to sit at the table with substantially more bodies than the last time making major plans for the coming months. The night before our strategy meeting, we had dinner at Rappahannock River Oysters' river front tasting room, Merroir, in Topping, Virginia. After a full day planning out strategy with the entire team for the upcoming months, we ended with an afternoon of shotgun shooting. Unfortunately, a couple of pumpkins and a set of motivational DVDs didn't quite make it back to Richmond, but the team made it back more motivated than ever. From our entire team, we thank you for your continued support and look forward to many more years to come.
