Products, Sizes and Care

How do I choose my shirt size?

Our shirts are measured by neck size and sleeve length, and we offer two distinct fits to accommodate a range of body types. Our Made-to-Order shirts offer even more options for customization. Please refer to our fit guide page for more details.

How should I care for my Ledbury item?

For almost all of our shirts, machine washing on a cold, delicate cycle and hanging or laying flat to dry is the best way to maintain it. In some cases, specific garments may require hand washing or dry cleaning - please refer to the care instructions on the product page or the item's care tag for directions.

Does Ledbury offer sleeve shortening?

Sleeve shortening for in-stock shirts is offered for a non-refundable fee of $12.95. Sleeve shortening is available up to 3" in 1/2" increments. If you do not know your exact sleeve length, we recommend visiting a local tailor to determine the best sleeve length before you order. If you order sleeve shortening and it's not a perfect fit, your shirt is still covered by our 60 day guarantee and is eligible for a refund. The $12.95 sleeve shortening fee will not be refunded.

If you need a specific sleeve length that is not standard in our in-stock product, we recommend you try our online custom Made-to-Order shirt program. These garments are customized per order and typically delivered within 2 weeks.

Where are Ledbury shirts made?

Many talented artisans are involved in the creation of your Ledbury shirt.

Our fabrics are woven from the world's finest cotton mills in Italy, Portugal, and Japan - giving our shirts the best possible quality and handfeel.

From there, every shirt is sewn by hand by our award-winning apparel manufacturers in Vietnam. Our production partners are global leaders in sustainability and quality, and meet stringent international standards for working conditions and labor practices. Ordering

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Affirm, Shopify Pay, Ledbury gift cards, and store credit. We do not accept prepaid American Express, VISA, or Mastercard gift cards.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please call Customer Service at  888.233.1942 within one hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you need to cancel or change an order outside of business hours, please email us at customer-service@ledbury.com and our team will reach back out within 24-48 hours.

Do you offer gift wrap or gift messages?

Gift wrap is not available online. If you have a request for gift wrap, please contact Customer Service at 888.233.1942or at customer-service@ledbury.com.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders for In-Stock items ship within 1-2 business days. If sleeve shortening is purchased, orders can take up to 5 business days to ship. Every sleeve shortening order is executed by hand by our team here in Richmond - we'll do it right!

Shipping methods determine speed of delivery, but most standard shipping arrives between 3-5 business days.

Made-to-Order garments will ship direct from the factory, typically within 2 weeks. During times of high demand, orders can take longer to produce. We update turnaround times regularly for the most up-to-date information - see product pages for more details. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, The United Arab Emirates and The United Kingdom - rates vary based on province/territory. Rates and expedited shipping options will show at checkout.

My tracking information doesn't seem correct. What do I do?

Tracking information can occasionally take some time to update. If something seems incorrect and isn't resolved within 24 hours, please contact our customer experience team by phone at 888.233.1942 or by email at customer-service@ledbury.com.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Ledbury packages do not deliver on the weekends. Orders requested with overnight shipping must be placed by Thursday at 12pm EST for Friday delivery. Please note that sleeve shortening will extend the shipping process.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All our shirts (in-stock and made-to-order) are covered by the Ledbury 60 day guarantee, which means you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different size for free within 60 days of purchase.

In some cases, sale items are final sale - but this will always be clearly noted on the product page before purchase. For more details, please read our Shipping & Returns information.

What if my Made-to-Order shirt isn't a perfect fit?

All our shirts are covered by the Ledbury 60 day guarantee, which means you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different size for free within 60 days of purchase. For more details, see our return policy.

How do I make a return?

For items purchased on Ledbury.com, please use our returns page. If you purchased in-store at a Ledbury retail location or over the phone with customer service, please call 888.233.1942 for assistance.

Can I return an item that has been altered?

Items ordered from Ledbury with our in-house sleeve shortening are eligible to be returned for a $12.95 restocking fee within 60 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of any items altered by a third party.

Retail Location & Bespoke Made-to-Measure

Where are you located?

Ledbury has one brick-and-mortar location, and is offered at various retail partners across the U.S. Our flagship store is located in the Arts District in Richmond, Virginia. Click here for store hours and location.

How does your Made-to-Measure Program work?

Our Bespoke Made-to-Measure program is offered exclusively in-store at our retail showroom in Richmond, Virginia. Head to our custom shirting page for detailed information on pricing and how to set up your next appointment.

What are the payment terms for Made-to-Measure?

For all Made-to-Measure purchases we require a 50% up front deposit at time of order with the remainder to be paid upon delivery of the finished garment(s).
