We hope that you will be thrilled with your purchase. If there is any problem whatsoever, please contact Customer Service and we will work to solve it immediately. We will gladly accept returns for ready-to-wear purchases made from Ledbury.com, Ledbury retail locations or via our customer service phone line.
- Product Condition: Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original packaging intact. Missing garment bags will incur a $40 charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Full-Priced Merchandise: Full-priced items must be returned within 60 days of order date. This includes full-priced items purchased with a promotional discount
- Full-Priced Tailored Merchandise: The return of a full-priced tailored shirt will be accepted for a $10 restocking fee, which is automatically deducted from the returned total. The original $10 tailoring charge is non-refundable. Merchandise that has been altered by a third party will not be accepted for a refund.
- Sale Merchandise: Marked-down merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale shirts ordered with tailoring are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise designated Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Tailored Merchandise: The return of a tailored shirt will be accepted for a $10 restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from the returned total. This restocking fee is in addition to the non-refundable tailoring fee. However, merchandise that has been altered by a third party will not be accepted for a refund.
Non-refundable Merchandise &Services
- Product Condition:Orders returned outside of the appropriate return window or in unsuitable condition are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn or cleaned may not be returned.
- Tailored Sale Merchandise:Sale-priced shirts ordered with sleeve tailoring are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been altered by a third party will not be accepted for a refund.
- Tailoring Costs: The $10 shirt tailoring charge is nonrefundable.
- Final Sale Merchandise: All Made-to-Measure and Bespoke sales are final. Please reach out to Audie at email@example.com for questions about additional alterations on custom garments.
- Custom Items:Merchandise marked "Final Sale" is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping Fees: Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Gift WrapThe $10 gift wrap service is non-refundable.
How to Return Merchandise
- Please contact Customer Service with your order information. We can be reached 8am-6pm ET at 888.233.1942, and by email or online chat.
- A prepaid return label will be provided via email for orders that are eligible for return.
- Send the items back to us in the original packaging.
- Drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.
Refund & Exchange Processing
Our warehouse handles returns in the order they are received. It normally takes up to 7 business days for a return to be processed once we receive it. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Credit Card Refunds
Once your return is processed, please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to credit your account.
Store Credit Refunds
Once the return is processed, store credit is immediately applied to your Ledbury account. Purchases made with gift cards or store credit can be refunded only in Ledbury store credit.
Gift Returns & Exchanges
To return a gift item, please contact us at 888.233.1942 so that we can process your request as a gift return. For gift returns that meet our return policy criteria, we are able to process a refund in the form of an electronic gift card.
Ledbury does not offer automated exchanges. If you’d like to order an alternate style, we recommend returning the item that didn’t work for you, and placing a new order for your desired replacement. If we can help further, please contact Customer Service at 888.233.1942.
