We will gladly accept returns for eligible ready-to-wear purchases made from Ledbury.com, Ledbury retail locations or via our customer service phone line.
- Product Condition: Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with original packaging intact. Missing sport coat garment bags will incur a $40 charge, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Full-Priced Merchandise: Full-priced items must be returned within 30 days of order date. This includes full-priced items purchased with a promotional discount
- Full-Priced Tailored Merchandise: The return of a full-priced tailored shirt will be accepted for a $12.95 restocking fee, which is automatically deducted from the returned total. The original $12.95 tailoring charge is non-refundable. Merchandise that has been altered by a third party will not be accepted for a refund.
- Sale Merchandise: Marked-down merchandise may be returned within 30 days of order date. Sale shirts ordered with tailoring are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise designated Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Tailored Merchandise: The return of a full-priced tailored shirt will be accepted for a $12.95 restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from the returned total. This restocking fee is in addition to the non-refundable tailoring fee. However, merchandise that has been altered by a third party will not be accepted for a refund. Sale-priced shirts ordered with sleeve tailoring are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-refundable Merchandise & Services
- Product Condition: Orders returned outside of the appropriate return window or in unsuitable condition are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn or cleaned may not be returned.
- Tailored Sale Merchandise: Sale-priced shirts ordered with sleeve tailoring are not eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been altered by a third party will not be accepted for a refund.
- Tailoring Costs: The $12.95 shirt tailoring charge is nonrefundable.
- Final Sale Merchandise: Merchandise designated as Final Sale is not eligible for returns, but can be exchanged for another product or store credit. All Made-to-Measure and Bespoke sales are final. Please contact our custom team at email@example.com for questions about additional alterations on custom garments.
- Custom Items: Merchandise marked "Final Sale" is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping Fees: Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Return Merchandise
- To initiate a return, enter your order number and billing zip code into our automated Returns Form. Please note that the estimated refund amount will be adjusted for any discounts, tax, and eligibility once we receive your return.
- A prepaid return label will be provided via email for domestic U.S. orders that are eligible for return.
- Pack up all eligible unwashed, unworn items in the original packaging and attach your prepaid return label.
- Drop the package off at your nearest UPS location.
- Check your email for a link to tracking updates on your return. It normally takes up to 7 business days for a return to be processed once we receive it. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
We currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, The United Arab Emirates and The United Kingdom - rates vary based on province/territory and orders are subject to duties and tariffs, which can be paid upon checkout.

Store Credit Refunds
Once the return is processed, store credit is immediately applied to your Ledbury account. Purchases made with gift cards or store credit can be refunded only in Ledbury store credit.
Gift Returns & Exchanges
To return a gift item, please contact us at 888.233.1942 so that we can process your request as a gift return. For gift returns that meet our return policy criteria, we are able to process a refund in the form of an electronic gift card.
