Ledbury provides free returns and exchanges for eligible orders through our automated returns system. Use our Returns System to create a pre-paid label for eligible items. Please note that orders processed over the phone or at our retail locations will not be recognized using this system. For size and fit exchanges for the same item, use the return portal linked above. If you’d like to exchange for a different product, please contact us for assistance.
Once your return has been received, it can take 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your statement. You’ll be notified via email with updates through the return process.
