Our capsule collection of garment-dyed, washed cotton-linen shirts was created with summer in mind. With hand-selected colors reminiscent of the seaside the Washed Nowlens will put you in a warm-weather mindset in no time.
The Washed Nowlens are constructed of an Italian-woven cotton-linen blend from Albini that’s 66% linen and 34% cotton. They have a little bit of natural wrinkle, but will never be as extreme as a garment that’s made of 100% linen. The cotton contents of these blends helps to stabilize the linen, so the shirt stays crisp while providing the relaxed look of linen. The blend of these fabrics make the Washed Nowlens an incredibly versatile option for the season. They look great worn casually with denim or a pair of our canvas Franklin 5-Pockets, and act as a great conversation starter in more formal social settings.
We like to refer to the colors found in this collection as summer neutrals. Inspired by sea grass, sand, water and sky, it’s no surprise that these shirts have a casual, laid-back feel — even when you’re dressing them up. The slubby blend and slightly uneven yarn sizes give these garment-dyed shirts a subtle, textured effect with just the right amount of personality. Because each piece is dyed individually after it’s constructed, each shirt is truly unique. This exclusive collection has only 70 units available in each color, so act fast! Shop all shirts here.
