How do I choose the right size?
Our Made-to-Order shirts offer many options for customization, including four fits, neck circumference, sleeve length, different body lengths, and more.
We've made a comprehensive Fit Guide to help you decide on sizing.
Our In-Stock shirts are measured by neck size and sleeve length, and we offer two distinct fits to accommodate a range of body types.
Our pants, shorts, sweaters, polos, and sport coats also have specific sizing advice available. Please refer to our fit guide page for more details.
Does Ledbury offer sleeve shortening?
Our Made-to-Order shirt program means your shirt is made exactly to the sleeve length you request. If you are unsure of your exact sleeve length but have an idea of range, we recommend choosing the longer length to allow for possible shortening if needed. Made to Order shirts are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks.
Sleeve shortening for In-Stock shirts is offered for a non-refundable fee of $12.95. Sleeve shortening is available up to 3 inches in 1/2 inch increments. If you do not know your exact sleeve length, we recommend visiting a local tailor to determine the best sleeve length before you order. If you order sleeve shortening and it's not a perfect fit, your shirt is still covered by our 60 day guarantee and is eligible for a refund. We charge a $12.95 re-stocking fee on altered items.
Note: Please allow 5-7 business days for orders with sleeve shortening to ship. Expedited orders will be prioritized, but not guaranteed if sleeve shortening is ordered.
Where are Ledbury shirts made?
Many talented artisans are involved in the creation of your Ledbury shirt.
Our fabrics are woven from the world's finest cotton mills in Italy, Portugal, and Japan - giving our shirts the best possible quality and handfeel.
From there, every shirt is sewn by hand by our award-winning apparel manufacturers in Vietnam. Our production partners are global leaders in sustainability and quality, and meet stringent international standards for working conditions and labor practices.
Our production partners work quickly - your custom shirts are made to order and shipped directly to you from the sewing table in Vietnam, typically in 2-3 weeks. This process cuts a tremendous amount of fabric waste out from the supply chain.
Ordering
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Affirm, Shopify Pay, Ledbury gift cards, and store credit.
Gift Cards issued by credit card providers can be used, but please remember to activate the cards directly through the provider and ensure that the balance on the card is enough to cover the entire purchase being made on Ledbury.com.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Please call Customer Service at 888.233.1942 within one hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you need to cancel or change an order outside of business hours, please email us at customer-service@ledbury.com and our team will reach back out within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer gift wrap or gift messages?
Gift wrap is not currently available.
Shipping
How soon will my order arrive?
Made-to-Order items will ship direct from our production facility, typically within 2-3 weeks of order. During times of high demand, orders can take longer to produce. We update turnaround times regularly for the most up-to-date information. See product pages for more details. Orders for In-Stock items ship within 1-2 business days. If sleeve shortening is purchased, orders can take up to 5 business days to ship. Every sleeve shortening order is executed by hand by our team here in Richmond - we'll do it right!
Shipping methods determine speed of delivery, but most standard shipping arrives between 3-5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes - you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Where are orders sent from?
Our Made to Order items ship directly from our manufacturing partners in Vietnam. In Stock items ship from our warehouse in Richmond, Virginia. Trafalgar and Beltology orders ship separately directly from those brands - please see their websites for further details.
Will I be charged a customs fee?
No. Orders shipping to the US are not subject to customs charges. If you are located outside of the US, you may be charged customs fees in accordance with your country's laws. In the extremely unlikely event that you are charged a customs fee as a US based customer, please reach out to us at customer-service@ledbury.com.
I live near Richmond, VA. Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer local pickup for our Richmond area customers at this time.
How can I change the delivery address of my order?
Please contact us ASAP via chat or customer-service@ledbury.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to update the delivery address on your behalf. If your order has already shipped and is shipping via UPS, we recommend signing up for a UPS my choice account. UPS my choice allows you to update the address or request specific delivery days. Charges may apply for this service - check the UPS site for details.
Do I need to be home for my order to be delivered?
No. Our shipping services do not require a signature for delivery and you do not need to be home. If you would like to request a signature required delivery or request a particular delivery date, you can sign up for a UPS my choice account and see what options are available to you.
Which delivery company do you use?
Our Made to Order items ship via UPS only at this time. In Stock items ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL - options are available to you at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O., APO, FPO or DPO Boxes?
Our Made to Order items ship via UPS only, and therefore we are not able to ship to PO, APO, FPO or DPO boxes. If you shop our in-stock collection of shirts and sweaters, we are able to ship via USPS and the option will be available for you to select at checkout.
If my order is sent in more than one box, am I charged more for shipping?
No. If your order contains several items, we may split it up into two or more boxes for efficiency. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Made to Order items are only available to be shipped to the United States.
Our in stock, ready to wear items are available for international shipping. We ship to Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, The United Arab Emirates and The United Kingdom - rates vary based on province/territory. Rates and expedited shipping options will show at checkout.
There appears to be a problem with my delivery, what should I do?
If your tracking number is showing that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check all front and side doors, entrances, garages, front desks, etc. We also recommend that you check with all members of your household and neighbors to see if someone else received it by mistake. After you've done this, contact us via chat or email at customer-service@ledbury.com. We will help with next steps.
I need additional help with my UPS shipment.
We recommend signing up for a free UPS My Choice account. With this account, you can change your delivery date and location, view detailed information about all incoming and outgoing shipments, tell the driver where to leave your package, and more. Sign up at UPS My Choice.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All of our full price shirts, including Made-to-Order, are covered by the Ledbury 60 Day Guarantee- which means you can return or exchange it within 60 days if you find any issues. We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers found to be abusing the generosity of our guarantee. Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
- Full Price Merchandise: Returns or exchanges for a refund can be made within 60 days of purchase. If the 60-day window has passed, returns will be considered for store credit in the amount of the most recent retail price.
- Trafalgar Belts must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Beltology Belts must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Shirts Altered by Ledbury: Original sleeve shortening fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased with sleeve shortening will be accepted for return with a $12.95 restocking fee, which is deducted from the refunded amount. Marked-down sale section items purchased with sleeve shortening are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shirts Altered by a Third Party: Shirts altered by a third party are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift Returns: To return a gift item, please contact us so that we can process your request as a gift return. Gift returns that meet our return policy criteria will be refunded via store credit.
- Final Sale: Items marked with “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if my Custom Order isn't a perfect fit?
All of our made-to-order items are covered by the Ledbury 60 day guarantee, which means you can return it for a refund or exchange it for a different size within 60 days of purchase. If you are not sure which size to order, please reach out to our customer service team via chat or email at customer-service@ledbury.com. We're happy to help guide you!
How do I return an item?
Follow the steps in our return portal to receive a prepaid label to use to return your item. Returns are subject to an $8.95 return shipping fee, and original shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
How do I exchange an item?

- For made to order items, please leave our customer service team detailed notes about what item(s) you'd like to receive in exchange.
- We will follow up with confirmation. For made to order exchanges, please keep in mind that your exchange item is also made to order, and will take 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
Will I still get my offer price if I return/exchange?
Yes! If you used a coupon code or received special promotional pricing, we will honor the price you paid even if the promotion has ended.
What if my item is defective?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us an email at customer-service@ledbury.com and include photos of the defect or damage. We will do our best to make it right.
What are Tailoring Credits?
If your custom order is almost perfect, but the sleeves or body length is too long, contact us to inquire about Tailoring Credits. This is an option to have your items altered by a tailor local to you. Send us the receipt, and we will partially refund your order for this service. We cover up to $15/shirt for sleeve shortening and $30/shirt for body length shortening. We offer Tailoring credits on a case by case basis with the goal of further perfecting your Ledbury fit on future orders. Therefore we do not offer tailoring credits to the same customer on a continual basis.
Can I return an item that has been altered?

When will I be refunded?
Once your return has been received, it can take 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your statement. You’ll be notified via email with updates through the return process.
Is there a fee to return or exchange?
Exchanges are free! Returns are subject to an $8.95 return label fee.
Do you accept returns on international orders?
We accept returns on international orders.
Please note that Ledbury is unable to provide prepaid return shipping for international orders, and cannot refund customs duties and taxes. Contact your local customs office for information on recovering duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

It normally takes up to 7 business days for a return to be processed once we receive it. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Gift Cards
Does Ledbury offer physical gift cards?
Unfortunately we no longer offer the option to have a physical gift card sent to you via Postal Service. However our e-gift cards can be sent instantly or scheduled for delivery to your recipient on the date you specify for your convenience.
When will I or my recipient receive their gift card?
E-gift cards can be delivered instantly or scheduled to be sent on a day you specify. Step by step instructions will walk you through set up when you click "send as a gift".
Do e-gift cards expire?
E-gift cards have no expiration date.

My account login isn't working. What should I do?
If you're having troubles with your account, our Customer Experience team can send you a link to reactivate your account or reset your password. Just shoot us an email at customer-service@ledbury.com and we can send you a link within 24-48 hours.
What is your promotional code policy?
Promotional codes do not apply to automatic discount sales and other offers. Only one promotional code may be applied per order. Items already on sale, and items marked "final sale", are not eligible for use with promotional codes. Additionally, items already on sale and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for automatic sale promotions.
Promotional codes and special offers are not valid on previous purchases and may not be combined with other offers. Care Instructions for Shirts
- Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water
- Hang or lay flat to dry, as machine drying can cause shrinkage
- Avoid excessive heat and use little to no starch to prolong the life of the shirt
- Alternatively, take to a professional dry cleaner
Care Instructions for Pants
- Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water
- Wash inside out with buttons and zips closed to protect against unnecessary abrasion and help your pants keep their shape
- Hang or lay flat to dry, as machine drying can cause shrinkage
- Avoid excessive heat
- Alternatively, take to a professional dry cleaner
Care Instructions for Sweaters
- Take to a professional dry cleaner
- Alternatively, gentle hand wash in cold water. We cannot guarantee no shrinkage if you choose to hand wash
- Hang or lay flat to dry, as machine drying can cause shrinkage
