Wider at the chest and more generous in the waist than our Tailored Fit. Designed for medium-plus (think dad bod) to bigger builds, or men who prefer more room. Narrower in the chest, waist, and sleeve than our most generous Classic Fit.

A fuller cut provides ease in the chest, arms and waist while still providing a flattering profile. Designed for those who prefer a more traditional fit.

Slim Fit is cut closer to the body, designed for those who prefer a narrower cut. We recommend Slim Fit for those who wear our Extra Slim and Tailored Fit shirts. Regular Fit is a roomier cut, which we recommend for those who wear our Contemporary and Classic Fit shirts. 

If you purchased a polo before April 2024, it is a Regular Fit.

Ledbury Shirt Body Lengths

  • Tucked Regular: our original body length, used since the creation of the Made to Order program. Ideal for men 5'10" and taller, with the perfect amount of fabric to ensure your shirt stays tucked throughout the day. If you did not make customizations to a previous Ledbury dress shirt, liked the length, and plan to tuck your shirt in, select this option. 
  • Tucked Short: a newer tucked body length best suited for men 5'9" and under. This option measures just under 2 inches (4.5cm) less than the Tucked Regular, reducing excess fabric while still maintaining the proper shape and keeping your shirt securely tucked.
  • Untucked Regular: a balanced hem designed to be worn untucked, and recommended for men 5'10" and taller. This body length was previously called "Untucked 5'10" & Over" or Short Body. 
  • Untucked Short: a balanced hem designed to be worn untucked, with a slightly reduced length for a more proportional fit. Recommended for men 5'9" and under. This body length was previously called "Untucked 5'9" & Under" or Extra Short Body.

      Excellent fit and construction

      My husband LOVES these pants. He has worn chinos from a popular retailer for most of his life and I convinced him to try something different. He loves the fabric the most and it doesn’t feel heavy or too thin - just right. Where many mass-produced pants just leave a serged edge finish some inside seams, these seams are finished with a binding which is a very high quality detail. The inside button at the waistband is also nice to insure a straight alignment of the fly. We are going to order another color. They wash up beautifully. I dried them on low for about 10 minutes and then let them air dry. Perfect!

      Chinos

      I recently ordered the Richmond chinos. The fabric was great, but the fit was not really for me. I would definitely recommend trying them, if you are interested. The overall fit felt a bit basic for me. I think I'm looking for a chino that has a bit more style to it. I have had success with the Ledbury twill dress shirts. The quality of the fabric and the overall fit of the shirt works well.
